Yearly Automatic Renewal

By selecting Yearly Automatic Renewal , you acknowledge that your season tickets will automatically renew for each successive football season, unless you cancel your tickets or opt-out of Yearly Automatic Renewal by providing written notice to the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl at tickets@cfabowl.com on or before March 1 of the season subject to renewal (for example, to cancel your tickets or opt-out of Yearly Automatic Renewal for the 2024 football season, your cancellation or opt-out must be received by the Bowl on or before March 1, 2024).
All Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl renewal ticket buyers are eligible for Yearly Automatic Renewal.
2024 Aflac Kickoff Game tickets will be available to Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl ticket buyers that opted in to Yearly Automatic Renewals by Friday, July 21, 2023. Any buyer that opts in to Yearly Automatic Renewals after July 21, 2023 is not guaranteed a ticket offer to the 2024 Aflac Kickoff Game. Information on ticket locations and pricing for the 2024 Aflac Kickoff Game to those that opted in by Friday, July 21, 2023, will be communicated at a future date. 2025 Aflac Kickoff Game information for all Yearly Automatic Renewal buyers will be communicated in the 2025 calendar year.
Your purchase will be payable in, and you will be charged, payments that are due on the payment dates set forth in the payment schedule available at the time of purchase.
Renewals associated with a subsequent season may have a higher price than the current season or a prior season. All information about any changes to Yearly Automatic Renewal, including the prices of each subsequent season's renewal, will be communicated to you at least thirty (30) days prior to the renewal deadline.
These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time, in our sole discretion. We will notify you about the renewal deadline and any material changes to these Yearly Automatic Renewal terms and conditions, including but not limited to, via email and via phone or text.
Opting out of Yearly Automatic Renewal does not mean your Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl tickets cannot be renewed. You acknowledge that the Bowl may still contact you about the following season's purchase options.
Opting out of your Yearly Automatic Renewal may cause you to lose certain benefits (e.g. higher pricing on renewal, and access to fewer tickets for Aflac Kickoff Games, special events, festivities, and benefits).
Current credit cards must be kept on file by the Bowl and any changes need to be communicated in a timely fashion. If you have not opted-out of Yearly Automatic Renewal, your credit card on file will be charged for your Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl renewal. You acknowledge and agree to notify us immediately if any of your credit card information changes.
Once a purchase is made, the ticket holder purchaser whose credit card is on file with the Bowl is responsible for all payments until the next renewal period (i.e. the next season).
Ticket holders that do not have a current credit card on file by August 15^th of the renewal year will have their seats cancelled and deactivated.
Because we will be providing you with notices from time to time under these Yearly Automatic Renewal Terms and Conditions, it is important that we maintain your current contact information. You acknowledge and agree to notify us immediately if any of your contact information changes.
