Commitment to C.A.R.E.
We ask our volunteers to think about each interaction with our customers as an opportunity to serve them by delivering a personal bit of C.A.R.E. with your mindset, your attitude, your works and your actions.
The Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl model of C.A.R.E. is defined by the four pillars that make up the word:
C. The "C" is for Customer-first. This defines our overall approach to this new philosophy. We ask you to always place our customer first. In every situation we will consider the needs of our customer above all else and we ask you to make this attitude obvious by the way you interact with them at all times.
A. The "A" is for Attitude. Your attitude about your job and your responsibilities is the most important asset you have. It carries over into everything you do and the way you act and how you are perceived by others. A good and positive attitude is always well-received. It is contagious. It can make bad situations better and good situations exceptional.
R. The "R" is for Relationships. The relationships we develop with our teams, our fans, our sponsors and partners and with each other is the foundation for everything we are trying to build. We will dedicate ourselves to building strong, positive personal and professional relationships with our customers and with our fellow staff members and volunteers.
E. The “E” is for Excellence. At every level, we should strive for excellence in everything we do. Our mission is to provide excellent, best-in-class service to everyone we come in contact with while representing the Bowl.
Going forward, our collective mission will be to learn these principles and to make them a natural and permanent part of who we are at all times and in all ways for each of our events. The Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl model of C.A.R.E. will enhance our customer's experience in a meaningful way.
