E.Y. Coley

Biography

Coley joined the Peach Bowl in 1988 and quickly climbed the hospitality ranks where he eventually worked his way to becoming a Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl head team liaison. As a head team liaison, E.Y. served as the Peach Bowl's first line of defense against any adversity and helped ensure that team personnel, coaches and players were where they needed to be throughout Bowl Week. E.Y. now serves as the head team stadium liaison on game days at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, helping the teams upon their arrival to the world-class facility ahead of kickoff.

Outside of the Peach Bowl, sports have always played a crucial role in E.Y.'s life. He served as a Georgia high school football official for many years, eventually being inducted into the Georgia Football Officials Association Hall of Fame. Coley was also the marshal chairman and marshal director for the PGA Tour Championship, Bell South Atlanta Golf Classic, and the Sarazen World Open for more than 40 years combined. For over two decades, he also helped lead the Sports Advisory Board at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.

E.Y. is an Atlanta native who grew up in the city and attended Roosevelt High School and Georgia State University where he studied accounting.
