Ellis Mills

Biography

In his 42 years of volunteering, Mills worked extensively with team bands. In 1968 and 1969, he hosted the two team bands as they practiced at Atlanta’s Decatur High School. In 1973, Mills became Band Chairman and coordinated all band logistics as well as halftime and pre-game performances. Mills was also named Festival Division Chairman and appointed to the Executive Committee in 1996.
