Don McCauley

Peach Bowl Hall of Fame

Running Back - North Carolina: 1967-1970

Capping off a season in which he was named a Consensus All-American, McCauley erupted for three touchdowns in the 1970 Peach Bowl, the final game of his collegiate career. Since his retirement from professional football, McCauley had his No. 23 jersey retired by the Tar Heels and was inducted into the Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame in 2001.
