Mobile Ticketing Guide - Android

Your tickets must be downloaded to a mobile device for entry to Mercedes-Benz Stadium. There will not be any pdf or print at home options. Guests can log into their account via the Peach Bowl, Inc. app to access their order and present the ticket barcode at the gates. 

Mobile ticketing will help improve the fan experience at Mercedes-Benz Stadium by making stadium entry quick and easy. The ability to manage your tickets from your smartphone will provide a more convenient and safer experience, while drastically prohibiting the risk of counterfeit tickets. You can use the information below to guide you through the steps of accessing your mobile tickets for the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl.

Accessing Your Mobile Tickets

  1. Visit the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl’s Account Manager page
  2. Tap the icon at the top-right to log in. Login with the email and password associated with your Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl or Ticketmaster.com account and agree to the terms if you haven’t logged in previously.
  3. Tap the drop-down on the top-left and tap ‘Manage Tickets’.  Press anywhere on the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl event image to view your ticket(s).
  4. Tap your seat location then on the next screen you can Tap on the black box that says ‘Add to Wallet’ for iPhone users or ‘G Pay’ for Android users.
  5. Finish adding your mobile ticket to your phone’s digital wallet by tapping ‘Add’, ‘Next’ or ‘Save’.  Please be aware that screenshots of your tickets WILL NOT scan at the gate.

 

 

Accepting A Ticket Transfer

  1. View the email or text message containing the ticket offer. Tap on “Accept Tickets”
  2. After clicking the provided link it will take you to the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl’s Account Manager page where you will need to sign in with your Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl or Ticketmaster.com Account credentials. If your e-mail address is not recognized, please select “Sign Up” at the bottom.
  3. After you have accepted the transferred ticket/s you’ll be notified that the transfer was successful at the top of the screen.
  4. Tap your seat location then you can Tap on the black box that says ‘Add to Wallet’ or ‘G Pay’ for Android users.
  5. Finish adding your mobile ticket to your phone’s digital wallet by tapping ‘Add’, ‘Next’ or ‘Save’.  Please be aware that screenshots of your tickets WILL NOT scan at the gate.

 

 

Transferring A Mobile Ticket

  1. Visit the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl’s Account Manager page
  2. Tap the icon at the top-right to log in. Login with the email and password associated with your Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl or Ticketmaster.com account and agree to the terms if you haven’t logged in previously.
  3. Tap the drop-down on the top-left and tap ‘Manage Tickets’.  Press anywhere on the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl event image to view your ticket(s).
  4. Next to ‘My SafeTix’ tap the ‘More’ button and then press transfer.  Choose the seat(s) you wish to transfer and hit ‘Continue’.
  5. Tap ‘Add A New Recipient’ and enter their First Name, Last Name and E-mail Address.  Be sure the e-mail address is correct before tapping ‘Transfer’ at the bottom-right.
  6. You will receive a confirmation on the next screen and an e-mail that your ticket(s) have been transferred.  You will receive a second e-mail when tickets are accepted.
  7. To cancel a transfer before a ticket is accepted, in ‘My Safe Tix’, tap your seat location and hit ‘Cancel Transfer’ below. You will receive an e-mail confirmation the transfer is cancelled as well as the recipient.
  8. Please know that once a ticket is accepted a transfer CANNOT be cancelled.

 

 

Reselling A Mobile Ticket

  1. Visit the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl’s Account Manager page
  2. Tap the icon at the top-right to log in. Login with the email and password associated with your Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl or Ticketmaster.com account and agree to the terms if you haven’t logged in previously.
  3. Tap the drop-down on the top-left and tap ‘Manage Tickets’.  Press anywhere on the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl event image to view your ticket(s).
  4. Next to ‘My SafeTix’ tap the ‘More’ button and then press ‘Sell’.  Choose the seat(s) you wish to sell and hit ‘Continue’.
  5. Tap ‘Add A New Recipient’ and enter their First Name, Last Name and E-mail Address.  Be sure the e-mail address is correct before tapping ‘Transfer’ at the bottom-right.
  6. Set your price and hit ‘continue’.
  7. Enter your Payout Method information for payment.
  8. Once all information is up-to-date, tap ‘Submit Listing’.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the ticket is listed.
  9. To edit your listing, in ‘My Safe Tix’, tap your seat location and hit ‘Manage Listing’ below. On the next page choose ‘Edit’ to edit your price or tap ‘Cancel Posting’ if you do not want to sell the ticket(s).

 

All tickets must be downloaded through the Peach Bowl, Inc. app. Download the app now in the Google Play Store.
