Ticket FAQs
Should this season’s Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl be cancelled, all ticket buyers through the Bowl’s office will be refunded. Any tickets purchased outside of the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl office will be subject to that organization’s refund policy. If this season’s game date moves for any reason and you can no longer attend, please e-mail us at tickets@cfabowl.com.
For all other circumstances, we do not issue refunds. Ticketmaster hosts our official Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Ticket Exchange if you can no longer make it to the game. Once our exchange is live, you will be able to post your tickets for resale through your Account Manager page at face value.
- The higher-ranked team will be considered the home team for the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl and will be on the Section 108C-112C side of the field. The lower-ranked team will be considered the visiting team and will be on the Section 126C-130C side of the field.
Everyone, regardless of age, requires a ticket to enter the stadium per our contract with the College Football Playoff.
Alcohol will be served in all levels of the stadium for the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl until the start of the third quarter.
All tickets for the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl and Chick-fil-A Kickoff Games will be mobile moving forward. If you do not own a smartphone, please e-mail tickets@cfabowl.com for your ticket delivery option. Souvenir tickets will be available for purchase through our website here and will be delivered after the game you purchased.
Please download the Peach Bowl, Inc. app available through the iTunes Store or Google Play. From there you will sign on to your TicketMaster account and download your tickets to your mobile wallet.

The box office is located at Gate 1. We are happy to provide ticket resolution services to ensure that all customers with a valid ticket enter the stadium, but we do not accept ticket drop offs on game day. Any tickets to be left for someone must be digitally transferred.
Several tickets may be on sale at the Box Office on game day, but it is not a guarantee that there will be seats available.
Fans who need to swap out there tickets for ADA seating may do so at inside the stadium at Guest Services at Section 116 on game day.
Log in to your Account Manager site and click the drop down arrow near your name in the top right corner. Click “My Profile” to change your address. Any changes to your e-mail address or phone number will need to be made in your Ticketmaster.com account.
Payment plans are only available during the renewal period. If you need to change your card on file please call our office at 404-586-8499. The Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl does NOT accept Discover as a credit card payment method.
Most Club Level seats are allocated to participating teams or Mercedes-Benz Stadium Club PSL holders that had first right to purchase the tickets. However, if any inventory remains, we will present Club/Premium ticket options to our renewal buyers for purchase before the general public. Club seats are NOT renewable from year-to-year.
We do not offer discounts or group rates on tickets
Parking will be available for sale on our website by December 9, 2024.
By renewing, you will guarantee your same seat locations for future games. Renewal buyers receive the first opportunity to upgrade your existing seats and purchase additional tickets if they become available before the general public. As a renewal buyer, you will have first opportunity to purchase Aflac Kickoff Game tickets while inventory remains. Additionally, each Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl ticket purchased also includes a FanFest ticket!
Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl renewal buyers are no longer eligible for SEC Championship tickets. Should the opportunity to purchase SEC Championship tickets arise, we will contact all buyers with package options.
Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl renewal buyers have the first opportunity to purchase Aflac Kickoff Game tickets while supplies last during the Bowl renewal period. But please know that Aflac Kickoff Game tickets are NOT guaranteed to all Bowl renewal buyers. Availability is determined on a per-game-basis based off how many seats are allocated to the participating schools. Some years there may not be many seats available for renewal buyers to purchase. But we will always be sure renewal buyers have an offer to purchase before any of our Aflac Kickoff Game seats are sold publicly.
