Your tickets must be downloaded to a mobile device for entry to Mercedes-Benz Stadium. There will not be any pdf or print at home options. Mobile ticketing will help improve the fan experience at Mercedes-Benz Stadium by making stadium entry quick and easy. The ability to manage your tickets from your smartphone will provide a more convenient and safer experience, while drastically prohibiting the risk of counterfeit tickets. You can use the information below to guide you through the steps of accessing your mobile tickets for the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl.

Apple iOS users, please check to make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of our app (Version 1.0.3) for the best user experience. You can manually update your app to that version via the App Store or delete and re-download the app entirely.

If you are experiencing difficulty with accessing tickets through our app, please use your web browser or web browsing app (Google Chrome, Safari, etc.) and visit the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl’s Account Manager page at https://am.ticketmaster.com/peachbowl/#/

Before arriving at the venue to access the event, here are some tips to help expedite your game day entry:
Access your tickets through the Peach Bowl, Inc. account at least 24 hours prior to the event or through TicketMaster Account Manager - https://am.ticketmaster.com/peachbowl/#/
Add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
Make sure your phone is fully charged.
Have your ticket out and ready to be scanned before entering the venue. It is recommended that you send each guest their own individual ticket if the party is arriving separately.
Reference the seat location on your ticket to access your seat.
What is mobile ticketing?
Mobile ticketing allows you to use your mobile device as your game ticket. Fans will gain admission into the venue via a unique QR code which will be scanned directly from your mobile device. For the easiest entry into the venue, fans should download the Peach Bowl, Inc. app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android.)

Why is Peach Bowl, Inc. transitioning to mobile ticketing?
Mobile ticketing increases the security of the ticket buying and event entry process. Mobile ticketing also provides:
Reduced risk of lost, stolen or counterfeit tickets
Quick and easy entry into the venue
The ability to manage, transfer or sell your tickets at any time directly from your mobile device

Can I have multiple tickets on the same mobile device?
Yes. You can view all of your tickets by swiping left or right on your smartphone. We highly encourage you to transfer a ticket to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry and access throughout the venue.

What if my guest(s) and I are arriving to the venue at different times?
If arriving at different times, you will need to transfer a ticket to each member of your party. This will allow you and your guest(s) to arrive at the venue at your own convenience. Once the ticket transfer offer has been sent to your guest(s) they will receive an email instructing them to accept the tickets. If they do not already have a Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl account, they can easily create an account to accept the ticket offer. Once your guest(s) have accepted the transfer offer, they should download the Peach Bowl, Inc. app to view their tickets.

What if I do not have a smartphone, or if my phone battery dies on game day?
You will need to visit the ticket office at the venue on game day. You will be required to show a valid photo ID for the name on the ticket account.
