Purpose: The Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Volunteer Hall of Fame was created to honor significant and meaningful contributions to the Bowl’s success by a number of dedicated, long-term volunteers.
Criteria:
· Minimum 20 years of service to qualify for consideration for induction.
· Consideration for serving in a leadership position (chair or vice-chair).
· Consideration for an outstanding contribution or significant impact to the Bowl.
· Consideration for serving in multiple roles consecutively or concurrently.
· Consideration for revenue generation (sponsorship or ticket sales).
· Consideration for service on the Bowl’s Executive Committee or Board of Directors.
· Consideration for special circumstances as determined by the Board of Trustees.
Process: Nominations can be made by current or former volunteers, Board of Trustees members, or staff during the induction window in September-October. Voting will be done by the executive committee and Bowl senior leadership team. Determinations will be made by the Board of Trustees on a case-by-case basis.
Recognition: Inductees will receive a Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Volunteer Hall of Fame Trophy and be recognized in the game program and on the Bowl’s website. They will also be recognized in an on-field pre-game ceremony with the other inductees.
